Wind Power Facilities definition

Wind Power Facilities means the Erie Shores Wind Farm, the Ferndale Wind Facility, the Ganaraska Wind Facility, the Goulais Wind Facility, the Grey Highlands Clean Wind Facility, the Grey Highlands ZEP Wind Facility, the Proof Line I Wind Facility, the Ravenswood Wind Facility, the Skyway 8 Wind Facility, the Snowy Ridge Wind Facility, the Settlers Landing Wind Facility, the Amherst Wind Facility, the Fitzpatrick Mountain Wind Facility, the Glace Bay I Wind Facility, the Glace Bay II Wind Facility, the Glen Dhu I Wind Facility, the Saint-Philémon Wind Facility and the Watford Wind Facility.
Wind Power Facilities means (a) Turbines, wind energy conversion systems and wind power generating facilities (including associated towers, foundations and other structures and equipment and other power generation facilities) to be operated in conjunction with wind turbine installations, in each case of any type or technology; (b) transmission facilities, including overhead and underground transmission, distribution and collector lines, wires and cables, splice and junction boxes, switch panels, conduits, footings, foundations, towers, poles, crossarms, guy lines and anchors; (c) substations, interconnection
Wind Power Facilities means (a) Turbines, wind energy conversion systems and wind power generating facilities (including associated towers, foundations and other structures and equipment and other power generation facilities) to be operated in conjunction with wind turbine installations, in each case of any type or technology; (b) transmission facilities, including overhead and underground transmission, distribution and collector lines, wires and cables, splice and junction boxes, switch panels, conduits, footings, foundations, towers, poles, crossarms, guy lines and anchors; (c) substations, interconnection and/or switching facilities, circuit breakers and transformers; (d) operational and maintenance building; (e) overhead and underground control, communications and radio relay systems and telecommunications equipment, including microwave towers, dishes, and control, fiber, wires, cables, conduit and poles; (f) meteorological towers, guy wires, braces and wind measurement equipment; (g) roads and erosion control facilities; (h) temporary laydown yards; (i) signs; (j) fences and other safety and protection facilities; and

  • Nothing in this Lease shall be construed as making Lessor liable, and Lessee shall be responsible, for any property tax associated with the Wind Power Facilities and the Projects or other equipment related to the development of the Wind Power Facilities and the Projects during the Term, as required under §70-17-406(1)(f), MCA.

  • For purposes of this Section 6.7.5, the “Soil Compaction Area” shall be defined as the area of Construction Impact Zone shown on the Site Plan (each as defined in Section 12.10) that was actually compacted less the area used for permanent Wind Power Facilities.

  • Lessor shall fully support and cooperate with Lessee in order to comply with any requirements of Lessee or any Wind Power Facilities pursuant to such existing or hereinafter enacted laws in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.3.

  • If Lessor and Lessee, after working in good faith cannot agree upon a Revised Site Plan, Lessee may, at its election, either (i) construct Wind Power Facilities as shown on the Site Plan approved by Lessor, if any, or (ii) not construct any above-ground Wind Power Facilities on the Property and maintain this Lease for wind capture rights, underground facilities, and such other rights granted to Lessee herein.

  • Other than those representations and warranties set forth in Section 5 below, Lessee has neither made, nor makes, any representations or warranties, verbally, in any written estimates of production, in this Lease or otherwise, concerning the likelihood that Lessee will install Wind Power Facilities on the Land or that any Wind Power Facilities installed on the Land will generate electricity sufficient to create any entitlement in Lessor to Percent Rent during any period of time.

  • Further, nothing expressly stated or implied in this Lease or indicated to Lessor shall be construed as requiring Lessee to (i) undertake construction, installation or operation of any Wind Power Facilities on the Property or (ii) cause such Wind Power Facilities to remain on the Property; and the decision if, when and to what extent to construct or remove Wind Power Facilities shall be solely in Lessee’s discretion.
