Wind Farm Facility definition

Wind Farm Facility means a group of wind turbines and related facilities in the same location intended to be used for the production of electric power to be sold to third parties. A Wind Farm Facility includes all related equipment determined by the Agency to be necessary or desirable for collecting such electric energy and delivering same to the electric grid, but shall not include the land and improvements that were included on the tax rolls of the Affected Tax Jurisdictions prior to the commencement of the project of which such Wind Farm Facility is a part (see Section 7(D)(1) of the Uniform Tax Exemption Policy).
Wind Farm Facility has the meaning given to that term in Schedule 1 of the Power Purchase Agreement; Information Copy – Not for Bidding
Wind Farm Facility means a facility containing all equipment and improvements necessary or desirable for the conversion and delivery of wind energy into electricity, including, but not limited to:
