Wind Down Fund definition
Wind Down Fund means the (i) the PACA/PASA Administrative and Priority Claim Reserve, (ii) the Professional Fee Reserve, (iii) such other reserves and/or escrowed amounts as set forth under the Sale Orders, (iv) the Plan Administrator Reserve, the (v) Statutory Fee Reserve, and (vi) the Committee Observer Reserve.
