Will Writing Services definition
Will Writing Services means the provision of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, notices of severance, probate advice and other services (subject to Clause 5.7 below) of a legal nature provided by a Member to his clients. It shall also mean inheritance tax advice and other tax planning advice in connection with the preparation of Wills.
Will Writing Services means services in connection with the preparation of your Will, Lasting Powers Attorney, Advance Directives (Living Wills), severance of joint tenancy and trusts established by Will, and inheritance tax in relation to Wills. It does NOT mean estate planning in relation to businesses and property (excepting the severing of a joint tenancy), general tax planning including capital gains and income tax, nor pensions advice, nor financial investment advice, nor advice concerning lifetime gifts, except in relation to the nil rate band on death. For all matters which are not Will Writing Services, including a detailed assessment of the taxation of trusts, specialist tax and estate planning advice should be sought.
Will Writing Services means the provision of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Funeral Plans, Severance Documents and other ancillary documents, services and advice as required or given as part of the Estate Planning process.
