Wildlife exhibit definition

Wildlife exhibit means any place where live wild animals are kept in captivity for the purpose of exhibition or for advertising purposes, but does not include the exhibition of any live wild ani- mal by any educational institution, state agency, public zoo, park or garden, circus or theatrical exhibition or any exhibition spon- sored by any organization with the approval of the department.
Wildlife exhibit means a place where animals are kept in captivity, for regular or occasional display, to persons, for any purpose, and where the animals and such persons are physically segregated from each other by fixed barriers, whether or not an admission fee is charged or donations are accepted.
