The WNTE control area shall include all operating speeds between the 30th percentile cumulative speed distribution over the WHTC test cycle, including idle, (n30) and the highest speed where 70 per cent of the maximum power occurs (nhi).
This Agreement is also contingent upon Seller entering into a development agreement in compliance with the WHTC.

Fuel (HDDF) Type 1A engine" means a dual-fuel engine that operates over the hot part of the WHTC test-cycle with an average gas ratio that is not lower than 90 per cent (GERWHTC ≥ 90 %), and that does not idle using exclusively diesel fuel, and that has no diesel mode.
