Wholesale Fee definition
Wholesale Fee means the gross monthly revenues earned by Technology Assurance Group on a contract for Technology Assurance Group Services;
Wholesale Fee means the basis point fee and/or rebate charged by a Beneficial Owner or its appointed securities lending agent to an organisation acting as a principal intermediary such as, but not limited to, investment banks or prime brokers., pertaining to Securities Financing transactions.
Examples of Wholesale Fee in a sentence
For each sale of a Recognized Domain Name registration or renewal, that is made by ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or one of ▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s resellers or registrars, and that occurs at a time that is during the Company Sales Period, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ shall pay to Company the MFN Wholesale Fee (as defined below) and retain all other amounts.
