Whole Unit definition

Whole Unit means the aggregate of Stock Units, or portion thereof, constituting one (1) share of Common Stock.
Whole Unit means a Unit in which all of the Use Weeks are owned by a common Owner or a Unit that is not divided into Timeshare Interests.
