Whole Documents definition

Whole Documents means the documents listed under Whole Documents with all its appendices and annexure and any amendments thereto made in accordance with the provisions of Request for Proposal (RFP) document as the situation may deem necessary.

Related to Whole Documents

  • Sale Documents means this Agreement, the Fee Agreement, the Exhibits hereto to which the Seller is a party and all other certificates, instruments, agreements and documents executed from time to time by the Seller in connection with the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between or among the Acquired Company or its Affiliates and the Borrower or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Title Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Amendment Documents means this Amendment, the Credit Agreement (as amended by this Amendment), and each certificate and other document executed and delivered by the Borrowers pursuant to Section 5 hereof.
