WHITEBOOK definition

WHITEBOOK means the 2012 Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction published by the City which amends and supplements the GREENBOOK.
WHITEBOOK means the most recent edition of The “Whitebook” Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction. Work means all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to construct the Project Improvements in accordance with the Construction Documents. Working Day(s) means Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
