White Label Application definition

White Label Application are hereby added to Section 1:
White Label Application means a Company Application that is branded with T-Mobile Trademarks.
White Label Application means the Distributed Application that includes the features, functionality and services described in Schedule 1 hereto and which may include a base package of content line up and various additional packages of genre or other content that may be made available on a stand-alone or bundled basis.

Examples of White Label Application in a sentence

  • Operational The White Label Application or any component thereof is (i) functional and available to its intended end user in full accordance with its documentation and all applicable specifications, and (ii) not experiencing any customer-impacting errors, defects or service-limiting issues.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each Purchaser agrees to purchase at the Closing (as defined below) and the Company agrees to sell and issue to each Purchaser a Note in the principal amount set forth opposite such Purchaser’s name on Schedule A.

  • If all or any portion of the White Label Application is rejected three consecutive times due to a failure to correct any material defect despite Your opportunity to cure such defect and You are unable to correct such defect, AT&T will have the right to terminate further testing with respect to such version unless the parties mutually agree otherwise.

  • Mobile Application means a specialized software program downloaded onto a wireless communication device.

  • Regulatory Approval Application means any application submitted to an appropriate Regulatory Authority seeking any Regulatory Approval.

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.

  • Approval Application means a BLA, NDA or similar application or submission for a Product filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country or group of countries to obtain marketing approval for a biological or pharmaceutical product in that country or group of countries.

  • Marketing Approval Application or “MAA” means a New Drug Application (or its equivalent), as defined in the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder, or any corresponding or similar application, registration or certification in any country.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Brand Name Drug means a Prescription Drug that has been given a name by a manufacturer or distributor to distinguish it as produced or sold by a specific manufacturer or distributor and may be used and protected by a trademark.
