  • The Supplier shall inform itself and comply with the governmental regulatory scheme known as “The Workplace Hazardous Material Information System” (WHIMS) and all federal and provincial statutes and regulations associated thereto.

  • Where the Employer requires the attendance for Professional Development, including but not limited to mandatory First Aid training, WHIMS and Food Handlers Training, all time for attendance at such Professional Development shall be with pay only if attending the training organized by the Employer.
