WHB Products definition
WHB Products as used herein shall mean those general surgical products (excluding minimally invasive surgical products) and repair services sold or initiated by Employee or any of the Company's sales force under the management of Employee located in the States of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Virginia and such other states as the Company, in its sole discretion, may designate from time to time.
