Wharves definition

Wharves means all wharves owned and/or administered by Council and used for the shipping and unshipping of persons or goods, and including any building thereon, and the adjacent storage area and Berth as required to service the wharf.
Wharves means the wharves and spaces belonging to the Corporation within the Town of St. George.
Wharves means the Berth 84/86 Wharf, the Terminal 2 Wharf and the Berth 121 Wharf, and “Wharf” means any one of them.

  • The Shipping Agent must cooperate wherever possible with Port of Melbourne and other users of Port Facilities and the Common User Wharves, at least to the extent that such cooperation is necessary to ensure compliance with all Legislative Requirements, including the MTOFSA.

  • The Owner and the Shipping Agent must not make any alterations or additions to the Common User Wharves.

Wharves. Facilities” shall mean all port and harbor improvements and facilities of the Issuer now or hereafter owned, including all additions, replacements, improvements and extensions thereto which may hereafter be made or acquired and all other facilities, equipment or aids incidental to or useful in the operation of the Issuer’s ports and harbor or in aid of navigation and commerce in such ports and on such waterways, or any interest therein, now or from time to time hereafter owned, operated or controlled by the Issuer but expressly excluding the Special Facilities.
