Wharf Structure definition
Wharf Structure means and be defined as the beams, girders, subsurface support slabs, and prestressed concrete or wood piling located between the pier head line and the bulkhead line and any and all mooring dolphins that service the berths at the Terminal. The Wharf Structure shall not include the surface paving at the Terminal.
