Wharf Manager means an individual or a corporation appointed by resolution of the Council of the Township to operate and manage one or more Township docks on behalf of the municipality or a Township By-law Officer.

  • Sub-Manager Any Person with which the Property Manager or the Special Servicer has entered into a Sub-Management Agreement.
