  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Host is prevented from or delayed in performing any of its obligations hereunder by reason of any Force Majeure Event for a period of more than three months, or for a period of more than one week during the period of four months immediately preceding the Event period, the WGMA shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement forthwith without penalty or any liability to the WGMA.
