Examples of WFT Payments in a sentence
Developer and Casa Grande acknowledge that Developer’s estimated employment targets are higher than the Employment Requirements, which are simply thresholds for purposes of the WFT Payments.
The payments made to the Operator under this Section shall be referred to individually as a “WFT Payment” and collectively as the “WFT Payments.” In no event will the WFT Payments exceed $1,500,000.
