Examples of WFHM in a sentence

  • In the event that WFHM fails to make a Periodic Advance required to be made pursuant to the WFHM Servicing Agreement on or before the Distribution Date, the Trustee shall make a Periodic Advance as required by Section 3.03 hereof; provided, however, the Trustee shall not be required to make such Periodic Advances if prohibited by law or if it determines that such Periodic Advance would be a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • To the extent WFHM fails to make an advance on account of the taxes or insurance premiums with respect to a Mortgage Loan required pursuant to the WFHM Servicing Agreement, the Master Servicer shall, if the Master Servicer knows of such failure of WFHM, certify to the Trustee that such failure has occurred.

  • With respect to those Periodic Advances which should have been made by WFHM, the Trustee shall be entitled, pursuant to Section 3.02(a)(i), (ii) or (v) hereof, to be reimbursed from the Certificate Account for Periodic Advances and Nonrecoverable Advances made by it.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that (i) WFHM fails to make any advance, as a consequence of which the Trustee is obligated to make an advance pursuant to Section 3.03 and (ii) the Trustee provides WFHM written notice of the failure to make such advance and such failure shall continue unremedied for a period of 15 days after receipt of such notice, the Trustee shall terminate the WFHM Servicing Agreement without the recommendation of the Master Servicer.

  • The Seller shall be entitled to repurchase at its option any Mortgage Loan in the Trust Estate which, pursuant to paragraph 5(b) of the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement, WFHM requests the Seller to repurchase and to sell to WFHM to facilitate the exercise of WFHM's rights against the originator or a prior holder of such Mortgage Loan.

  • The Master Servicer shall certify to the Trustee with respect to any such Distribution Date (i) the amount of Periodic Advances required of WFHM or such Other Servicer, as the case may be, (ii) the amount actually advanced by WFHM or such Other Servicer, (iii) the amount that the Trustee or Master Servicer is required to advance hereunder and (iv) whether the Master Servicer has determined that it reasonably believes that such Periodic Advance is a Nonrecoverable Advance.

  • In the event WFHM fails to make any required Periodic Advances of principal and interest on a Mortgage Loan as required by the WFHM Servicing Agreement prior to the Distribution Date occurring in the month during which such Periodic Advance is due, the Trustee shall, to the extent required by Section 8.14, make such Periodic Advance to the extent provided hereby, provided that the Trustee has previously received the certificate of the Master Servicer described in the following sentence.

  • In the event WFHM fails to make any required Periodic Advances of principal and interest on a Mortgage Loan as required by the WFHM Servicing Agreement prior to the Distribution Date occurring in the month during which such Periodic Advance is due, the Trustee shall, to the extent required by Section 8.15, make such Periodic Advance to the extent provided hereby, provided that the Trustee has previously received the certificate of the Master Servicer described in the following sentence.
