Payment against invoice must reach WFE within 20 days of the invoice date.
In the event the new party fails to fulfill its obligations to WFE pursuant to this Agreement, the Operator shall be liable for the performance of such obligations.
WFE or a representative (including Franchisee, Agent or Reseller) provides support by e-mail or phone regarding Operator enquiries in connection with use of the Platform tools and services.
WFE shall be entitled to charge a fee for any payment reminders and reserves the right to send the same via e-mail to an invoice reference provided by the Operator.
