WFB Facility definition
WFB Facility means the formula-based working capital line of credit provided under the WFB Credit Agreement and the related Loan Documents (as defined in the WFB Credit Agreement), as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the definition of WFB Credit Agreement.
