Examples of WestRock Pension Plan in a sentence

  • If such an Employee (i) becomes disabled and meets the requirements under the WestRock Pension Plan for a disability pension and (ii) is not yet eligible to draw a pension from PIUMPF, such Employee shall be provided a disability benefit under the WestRock Pension Plan equivalent to the disability benefit he or she would have received as if all years of service (both WestRock Pension Plan and PIUMPF) had been accrued under the WestRock Pension Plan.

  • Once an Employee described in paragraph 2(a) above attains age 55 such Employee will be provided with the WestRock Disability Pension he or she would otherwise receive under the WestRock Pension Plan, based on their actual benefit under the WestRock Pension Plan, without regard to Paragraph 2(a).
