WestRock Merger definition

WestRock Merger means the merger of WestRock and Whiskey Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation, pursuant to the Combination Agreement, pursuant to which WestRock will be the surviving corporation.

Examples of WestRock Merger in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the Merger Agreement, (i) WestRock Merger Sub will be merged with and into WestRock, with WestRock surviving the merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Holdco (the “WestRock Merger”) and (ii) KapStone Merger Sub will be merged with and into KapStone, with KapStone surviving the merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Holdco (the “KapStone Merger” and, together with the WestRock Merger, the “Mergers”).
