Both agencies may decide to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), both may prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA), one may prepare an EA and the other an EIS, or one agency may decide not to prepare any WEPA document at all.
Upon issuance of a replacement card, any remaining credit, meal plan and WEPA balances, and access will be transferred to your new card.
