For purposes of this Section 1.4(h), “Control” means the right to determine station programming, whether by direct or indirect ownership or through local marketing, brokerage, joint sales, or other agreement or otherwise, it being understood and agreed that the Sellers do not Control WEMP or any other Merlin Media station.
MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;
SAMR means the State Administration for Market Regulation of the PRC or, with respect to the issuance of any business license or filing or registration to be effected by or with the State Administration for Market Regulation, any Governmental Authority which is similarly competent to issue such business license or accept such filing or registration under the Laws of the PRC.
Roentgen means the special unit of exposure. One roentgen (R) equals 2.58 × 10-4 coulombs/kilogram of air (see “Exposure” and 38.4(4)).
Growler means any fillable, sealable container complying with federal law.
McDaniel means McDaniel & Associates Consultants Ltd.
