Wellhead Value definition

Wellhead Value means the value of the Petroleum as defined in the Rules.
Wellhead Value means the sales value of petroleum less normal operating costs;
Wellhead Value for the purpose of this Part shall mean the net realised price received by a contractor at the point of export or other agreed delivery point from the sale or other disposition of crude oil or natural gas, as the case may be, less such costs as the Minister may reasonably allow in respect of handling and transportation from the wellhead to such point of export of other agreed point of delivery.

More Definitions of Wellhead Value

Wellhead Value means the amount for which such Subject Minerals are sold less a charge for the Processing which occurs prior to such sale equal to the sum of (A) any Processing charges attributable to the Subject Minerals paid to Non-Affiliates and (B) the expenditures incurred attributable to the Subject Minerals in Processing such Subject Minerals; provided, however, that in no event shall the expenses of Operating Partnership and its Affiliates in such Processing exceed the costs which third parties charge in the same area for rendering comparable services.
