Well Plan definition

Well Plan means the Well Plan for the IEW comprised of Exhibits “A-3”, “A-4” and “A-5” attached hereto. Surge Prospect Participation Agreement 2
Well Plan means the Well Plan for the IEW attached hereto as Exhibits “A-2”, “A-3” and “A-4”.
Well Plan means a plan for any proposed Exploratory, Appraisal or Development Well which contains at least the information defined in Article 10.2.1 (Well Plan's Minimum Specifics).

  • The Alliances will have two (2) months after Sprint’s receipt of the Get Well Plan in which to cure.

  • The Operator shall compile an AFE for the drilling of a well on a dry hole basis, but to include provision for such coring or open hole testing as is in accordance with the Approved Well Plan for that well.

  • If the actual Network Drop Rate fails to meet the Network Drop Commitment for any calendar month during the term of the Agreement, Sprint will notify the Alliances of such failure at which time the Alliances will provide Sprint with a Get Well Plan within fifteen (15) days of notification.

  • If the actual Network Block Rate fails to meet the Network Voice Block Commitment for any calendar month during the term of the Agreement, Sprint will notify the Alliances of such failure at which time the Alliance will provide Sprint with a Get Well Plan within fifteen (15) days of notification.
