Well-documented definition
Well-documented. ’ means that States obtain and maintain sufficient relevant documentation pertaining to a matter so as to enable understanding of the facts and determinations in the matter and the reasons for those determinations.
Well-documented means that the AOA process is thoroughly described in a single document, including all source data, clearly detailed methodologies, calculations and results, and that selection criteria are explained.
