Well Data definition

Well Data means all logs, drilling reports, division orders, transfer orders, operating agreements, contracts and other agreements, abstracts, title opinions, files, records, seismic data, memoranda and other information in the possession or control of Mortgagor or to which Mortgagor has access relating to the Lands and/or any ▇▇▇▇▇ located thereon.
Well Data means all logs, drilling reports, division orders, transfer orders, operating agreements, abstracts, title opinions, files, records, memoranda and other written or electronic information in the possession or control of the Mortgagor relating to any wells located on any of the Lands described in Exhibit A.
Well Data means all data and information gathered from or in connection with the drilling and Testing of a well; and

  • Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Submittal of Well Data Required by DNR Lease Data shall be submitted to the Division in a digital format, generally in PDF.

Well Data means information in any media concerning the location, permitting, drilling or completion of any oil and gas well located in the United States, and related information.
