WEIGHTED VOLUME definition
WEIGHTED VOLUME means the product of (a) the Closing Bid Price times (b) the volume on the Principal Market.
WEIGHTED VOLUME means, for each Trading Day, the product of (a) the Closing Price for that Trading Day, multiplied by (b) the volume for the Common Stock traded on the Principal Market for that Trading Day, each as reported by the Reporting Service.
WEIGHTED VOLUME on a given Trading Day shall mean the product of (a) the Bid Price times (b) the volume on the Principal Market on such Trading Day.
