Weighted Value definition

Weighted Value means the portion of the subcontract amount that will be credited towards meeting the Bidder/Proposer participation. See HRD Forms and Instructions for allowable credit and special instructions for suppliers.
Weighted Value has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(c)(i).
Weighted Value means a value, expressed as a percentage, that reflects the mix of Workforce/Affordable Housing Units within a Project at various AMI levels based upon the points-based system set forth herein.

  • In all cases, the Calculation Agent shall calculate Net Exposure in accordance with the LCH Valuation Methodology and Weighted Value of the Collateral in accordance with the definition of “Weighted Value of the Collateral” (as amended in accordance with paragraph 5.2 of article 11.3 of this Annex).
