Weighted Value definition

Weighted Value means the portion of the subcontract amount that will be credited towards meeting the Bidder/Proposer participation. See HRD Forms and Instructions for allowable credit and special instructions for suppliers.
Weighted Value has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(c)(i).
Weighted Value means a value, expressed as a percentage, that reflects the mix of Workforce/Affordable Housing Units within a Project at various AMI levels based upon the points-based system set forth herein.

If the Company and the Holder are unable to agree upon the fair market value of such security, then such dispute shall be resolved pursuant to Section 11 with the term “Weighted Average Price” being substituted for the term “Exercise Price.” All such determinations shall be appropriately adjusted for any stock dividend, stock split, stock combination, reclassification or other similar transaction during the applicable calculation period.

  • Adjusted Value as used in subdivision (d) means:

  • Discounted Value means, with respect to the Called Principal of any Note, the amount obtained by discounting all Remaining Scheduled Payments with respect to such Called Principal from their respective scheduled due dates to the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal, in accordance with accepted financial practice and at a discount factor (applied on the same periodic basis as that on which interest on the Notes is payable) equal to the Reinvestment Yield with respect to such Called Principal.
