Weighted EBITDA definition
Weighted EBITDA means an amount equal to: (a) the sum of (i) the EBITDA for the most recent completed fiscal year of the Company multiplied by three, plus (ii) the EBITDA for the fiscal year of the Company next preceding the most recent completed four quarters of the Company, divided by (b) four (4).
