Weighted Average Return on Assets definition
Weighted Average Return on Assets means (i) with respect to the Borrower, its net income for the previous calendar year plus the amount of any interest payments by it on the Loan during the previous calendar year, divided by its average assets during the previous calendar year, and (ii) with respect to each Bank Subsidiary, its net income for the previous calendar year divided by its average assets during the previous calendar year.
