Weighted Average Quotation (RS) definition
Weighted Average Quotation (RS) means the weighted average of firm bid quotations obtained from Dealers (RS) at the Valuation Time (RS), to the extent reasonably practicable, each expressed as a percentage and each for a principal amount outstanding of a Reference Obligation (RS) of as large a size as available but less than the Quotation Amount (RS) that in the aggregate are approximately equal to the Quotation Amount (RS).
