Weighted Average Performance definition

Weighted Average Performance or “WAP” means the Company’s performance within the Peer Group relative to specified performance measures.
Weighted Average Performance or “WAP” means the Company’s actual performance relative to specified performance measures as compared to its annual budget for the specified performance measures. Initially, the Weighted Average Performance will be based on the following performance measures and weighted percentages:

  • For example, a 50% Weighted Average Performance Achievement Percentage will result in delivery of 50% of the Target Shares.
