Weighted Average Loan Return definition

Weighted Average Loan Return means, with respect to any Cut-Off Date or the related Collection Period, a percentage equal to (a) the sum of (i) the aggregate amount of Collections (other than Deemed Collections) on all Purchased Auto Loans (other than Defaulted Auto Loans) received during the Collection Period ending on such Cut-Off Date and attributable to interest on and fees related to such Purchased Auto Loans, plus (ii) the Capitalised Interest with respect to that Collection Period, divided by (b) the Average Aggregate Outstanding Loan Principal Amount for that Collection Period, times (c) 360 divided by the actual number of days in that Collection Period.
Weighted Average Loan Return means, with respect to any Cut-Off Date, the weighted average interest rate as at such Cut-Off Date of outstanding Purchased Instalment Purchase Agreements which, as at such Cut-Off Date, are not Defaulted Instalment Purchase Agreements; and

  • Weighted Average SOFR means the arithmetic mean of SOFR in effect for each Business Day during the relevant Interest Period, calculated by multiplying the relevant SOFR by the number of calendar days such SOFR is in effect, determining the sum of such products and dividing such sum by the number of calendar days in the relevant Interest Period, provided however that during a Suspension Period, the SOFR for each day during that Suspension Period will be the value for the Business Day immediately prior to the first day of such Suspension Period. For purposes of this provision “Suspension Period” is the number of Business Days prior to the end of the relevant Interest Period as specified in the applicable pricing supplement.

  • Weighted Average Yield means with respect to any Loan, on any date of determination, the weighted average yield to maturity, in each case, based on the interest rate applicable to such Loan on such date and giving effect to all upfront or similar fees or original issue discount payable with respect to such Loan.

  • Weighted Average means a ratio of the weight of the investment by the financial market participant in an investee company in relation to the enterprise value of the investee company;

  • Weighted Average Spread means, as of any day, the number expressed as a percentage equal to (i) the Aggregate Funded Spread divided by (ii) the Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Amount (excluding any interest that has been deferred and capitalized on any Deferrable Collateral Obligation).

  • Weighted Average S&P Recovery Rate As of any date of determination, the number, expressed as a percentage and determined separately for each Class of Secured Notes that is rated by S&P, obtained by summing the products obtained by multiplying the Principal Balance of each Collateral Obligation (other than Defaulted Obligations) by its corresponding recovery rate as determined in accordance with Section 1 of Schedule 4 hereto, dividing such sum by the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Collateral Obligations (other than Defaulted Obligations), and rounding to the nearest tenth of a percent.
