Weighted Average Duration definition
Weighted Average Duration of any Property means, on any date of determination with respect to such Property, the number obtained by (a) summing the products obtained by multiplying (i) the remaining duration at such time of each lease with respect to such Property by (ii) the rentable square footage of the Property subject to such lease and (b) dividing such sum by the aggregate rentable square footage of such Property subject to leases in effect as of such date. Weighted Average Duration shall be calculated, with respect to any Property, without regard to any unexercised extension or termination options contained in any lease for such Property.
Weighted Average Duration means a measure of the average length of time to maturity of all of the underlying instruments in the portfolio weighted to reflect the relative holdings in each instrument, where the maturity of a floating rate instrument is the time remaining until the next interest reset to the money market rate, rather than the time remaining before the principal value of the instrument must be repaid; and
Weighted Average Duration means, as of the last day of any Collection Period, (i) the product for each applicable Eligible Renewable Loan of (a) the remaining term to maturity of such Eligible Renewable Loan and (b) the Unpaid Principal Balance of such Eligible Renewable Loan, divided by (ii) the aggregate Unpaid Principal Balance of all Eligible Renewable Loans of the same type as the applicable Eligible Renewable Loan.
