Weighted Average Coupon Rate definition

Weighted Average Coupon Rate means, as of any date of determination and with respect to any group of Receivables, the weighted average (based upon the Outstanding Balances of such Receivables) of the Coupon Rates of such Receivables.
Weighted Average Coupon Rate means, with respect to any ---------------------------- Distribution Date, the per annum rate of interest equal to the average, expressed as a percentage and rounded to two decimal places, of the Mortgage Loan Coupon Rates of all of the Mortgage Loans that were outstanding at the beginning of the Collection Period immediately preceding such Distribution Date (or as of the Cut-off Date with respect to the first Distribution Date), weighted on the basis of their respective Outstanding Principal Balances as of the beginning of such Collection Period.
Weighted Average Coupon Rate means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the per annum rate of interest equal to the average, expressed as a percentage and rounded to two decimal places, of the Mortgage Loan Coupon Rates of all of the Mortgage Loans that were outstanding at the beginning of the Collection Period immediately preceding such Distribution Date (or as of the Cut-off Date with respect to the first Distribution Date), weighted on the basis of their respective Outstanding Principal Balances as of the beginning of such Collection Period.

Examples of Weighted Average Coupon Rate in a sentence

  • Lower-Tier Interest 3 and Lower-Tier Interest 4 shall each have a Pass-Through Rate equal to the Group II Net Weighted Average Coupon Rate (the sum expressed as a per annum rate on the sum of the Loan Balances for the Mortgage Loans in Group II).

  • Lower-Tier Interest 1 and Lower-Tier Interest 2 shall each have Pass-Through Rates equal to the Group I Net Weighted Average Coupon Rate (the sum expressed as a per annum rate on the sum of the Loan Balances for Mortgage Loans in Group I).
