Weighted Amortization Product for each Scheduled Principal Payment shall mean the product of (A) the amount of such Scheduled Principal Payment multiplied by (B) the number of years (including fractional years, expressed as a decimal) which will elapse between the Yield Determination Date and the date on which such Scheduled Principal Payment is to be made under this Loan Agreement.
