Primary Care Providers whose weekly scheduled clinical time in a month includes weeknight clinics are not required by this section to work an additional weeknight clinic during that month. Additionally, Primary Care Providers whose weekly scheduled clinical time includes more than one weeknight clinic are not permitted to reduce their weeknight clinic assignments under this section without the prior approval of the CMO or designee.
