Weekly Meeting definition

Weekly Meeting means a meeting with Webb County that will allow the parties to exchange information in preparation of work to be performed the following week.

  • The Parties will inform each other (by telephone and email) as soon as reasonably possible of, but in no event more than 24 hours after, any unanticipated or emergency situations or events that arise within the Access Area and are not covered during the Weekly Meeting.

  • Grievance Step If the complaint is not settled within seven (7) calendar days of the Weekly Meeting, the Employee, with the Griever and the designated Union Representative, shall meet with the Resident Manager or Assistant Manager at the next Weekly Meeting and the Resident Manager or Assistant Manager shall communicate the Resident Manager or Assistant Manager position in writing to the Griever and designated Union Representativewithin seven (7) calendar days of such weekly meeting.

Related to Weekly Meeting

  • Ordinary meeting means a meeting held by determination of the Board (SER r.115(1)).
