Weekend Period definition
Weekend Period means the period from 10:00 p.m. Friday through 8:00 a.m. the following Monday (Eastern Time), including: (a) any Holiday occurring on either a Friday or Monday, such that any Holiday occurring on a Friday shall cause the Weekend Period to commence at 10:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the Thursday immediately preceding such Holiday, and any Holiday occurring on a Monday shall cause the Weekend Period to end at 8:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on the Tuesday immediately following such Holiday; and
