Guests, Spectators, Special Event Memberships, and Weekend Pass holders offer no voting privileges for the Club.
Weekend means a Saturday and the following Sunday, assuring a minimum of fifty-six (56) hours off duty;
Weekday means Monday – Friday.
Trading Hours means the hours of trading as set forth on the Trading Platform for a particular Underlying Asset.
Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.
Workday is a period of 24 consecutive hours commencing with the starting time of any shift. For the purpose of calculating compensatory overtime rates only, the time worked prior to, but adjoining to a shift, shall be deemed as time worked after a shift.
