Webstore means a blank, Customer-branded webstore to which a Digital Asset(s) is added once same has been ingested into the Platform.

  • Service Provider does not undertake any liability for the information and content connected to the products available in the Bookline card as well as in the Bookline Webstore especially for the information obtained from the operator of the Bookline Webstore.

  • The general terms and conditions, buyers’ guides and other regulations of the Bookline Webstore accepted as binding by User upon entering the Bookline card shall apply for the orders, purchases under the Bookline card as well as the on the consumers’ exercising of their cancellation rights.
