Website Templates definition

Website Templates means all website templates created by or for the Vendor, including without limitation the website templates created in accordance with the Website Template License Agreement and 1,597 additional web site templates, and all Intellectual Property that is incorporated therein, as described in Schedule A.

Examples of Website Templates in a sentence

  • Customer shall not reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Website Templates except as performed or authorized by Staples.

  • Bell hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, non- transferable right to use the Website Templates in connection with Customer’s Website.

  • Title to any Website Templates provided as part of the Website Design Service, including all related software, hardware and documentation provided by Bell and used by Customer or its end users hereunder shall at all times remains with Bell or its third party providers.

  • The Customer and its end users hereby acknowledge that they do not acquire any title or property rights in such Website Templates or the intellectual property related thereto.
