Access to the Service, Website, Software and Documentation must be solely for Client’s own internal use.
No representations or warranties as to the use, functionality or operation of the Website, Software, or Service are made by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Solutions other than as expressly stated in this Agreement.
This Agreement does not transfer to you any title to or any proprietary or intellectual property rights in or to the Website, Software or Materials, or any updates or derivative works thereto.

You agree not to use, upload, download, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise distribute any information or content contained in the Website, Software or Materials in violation of the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of Vendor or any third party in violation of the terms of this Agreement.
In the event of disagreement with an updated version of the ToS, You may not access or use the Website, Software or the Services in general and should immediately cease such use.
All exclusive intellectual property rights to the Website, Software Products, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, and other objects published on the Website as well as components, their elements, and information, shall belong exclusively to the Licensor.
Service Provider agrees that it shall utilize the Website Software only for the purposes expressly authorized by this Agreement and only with respect to Customers.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Company and its affiliates, service providers, partners and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless against any claim for damages, losses or any costs, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of this Website, Software or the Materials.
