Website Data definition

Website Data refers to contact information for the District’s intended message recipients licensed to a District, pursuant to the provision of the Services. Data may or may not include personally identifiable information. "Provider Services Agreement" refers to the additional written contract executed by, and applicable to, a District in receipt of the Services, either for a fee or no fee. These may be in the form of a Services Agreement, License Agreement, Trial Services Agreement, End User Services Agreement, Promotional Agreement, or any other written agreement between us and the District. "District Terms" refers to the additional terms and conditions which are applicable to a District and which supplement the Software Provider Agreement.

Website Data means and shall refer to data collected from an End User's and/or Customer’s Client’s device through inputs placed on Customer Properties, which may include device identifiers and device information (e.g., page URL, referrer, number of fonts, OS) and other technical information pre-determined by AppTech.

Examples of Website Data in a sentence

  • Section 3.13(l)(ii) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule identifies each of the Customer Contracts and Website Data Contracts through which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries acquires, processes and distributes data by, for or through such products and services as there are currently provided and proposed to be provided.

  • You represent, warrant and covenant to Us that: You have and will have the necessary rights and consents in and relating to the Customer Provided Materials and Website Data such that in providing the Services in accordance with this Agreement, We will not infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate any Intellectual Property Rights, or any privacy or other rights of any third party or violate any applicable Law.

  • The Agency must not, nor will it suffer or permit any third party under its direction or control to, introduce any virus, disabling device or code, worm, trojan timebomb or other harmful or destructive code (Harmful Code) to the Website, Data, Application or Facilities, and if any Harmful Code is introduced it must promptly report that introduction to Advvy and take all necessary action to eliminate the Harmful Code.

  • A backup of the Website Data is taken daily and replicated to a secure offsite location, where it is retained for a minimum of 4 weeks.

  • Satmetrix owns all right, title and interest, including related Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the Reporting Website, Data, and any related suggestions, enhancement requests, and feedback.

  • The Settlement Website shall allow any Customer, after inputting some combination of information unique to the Customer (e.g., their last name, email address, or ZIP Code of the address used in the transaction that formed the basis of their Claim), to access the Customer Website Data (described in Exhibit I hereto) regarding such Customer.

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and RSMeans with respect to the Website, Data, and the Fee-Based Services, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or verbal agreements between you and RSMeans.
