Website Collateral means all data and content maintained by all Hosting Agents pursuant to the Hosting Agreement or any other similar agreement with any other Person.

Examples of Website Collateral in a sentence

  • Grantor hereby acknowledges and affirms that the rights, remedies and obligations of Agent with respect to the security interest in the Website Collateral made and granted hereby are more fully set forth in the Loan Agreement and any security agreement delivered in connection therewith, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, no failure to so modify this Agreement or amend Schedule I shall in any way affect, invalidate or detract from Agent’s continuing security interest in all Website Collateral, whether or not listed on Schedule I.

  • Acceptable Collateral means any of the following assets of Borrower, if (x) held in or credited to any Collateral Account subject to a first priority Lien under the applicable Security Agreement and (y) the Collateral Requirement has been satisfied with respect thereto:

  • Loan Collateral With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the related Mortgaged Property and any personal property securing the related Mortgage Loan, including any lessor’s interest in such property, whether characterized or recharacterized as an ownership or security interest, and including any accounts or deposits pledged to secure such Mortgage Loan, and any Additional Collateral.

  • Term Loan Priority Collateral as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement.
