Website Administrator definition

Website Administrator means the qualified third-party administrators selected by the Plaintiffs and Defendants and designated in the Preliminary Approval Order to administer the Settlement Website. Neither Plaintiffs nor any other of the Defendants shall have the responsibility for any acts or omissions of the Website Administrator. The parties agree to select the Settlement Administrator as identified above as the Website Administrator.
