WebMD Site means the web site devoted to health issues and owned and operated by WebMD and accessible at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or its successor URL.

WebMD Site means the WebMD Web site currently located at the URL http://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ ▇▇ any successor site(s) thereof, including but not limited to the WebMD Consumer Site, the Medical Professionals Section, any and all Localized WebMD Sites (as defined in Section 2.3(c)(ii) below).

  • The Health Channels, My Health, the Customized Site and the AOL Properties shall not contain a direct link to the WebMD Site; however, AOL acknowledges and agrees that Content and/or Personal Health Tools may be served to the Health Channel, as well as other Internet sites, from the WebMD Site provided that such dynamically served Content and/or tools otherwise comply with this Agreement.

  • Text, images, video, audio (including, without limitation, music used in synchronism or timed relation with visual displays) and other data, including materials, articles, features, applications and tools similar to the programming currently offered on the WebMD Site, that is provided by WebMD for use on My Health, the Customized Site, Customized Programming, and/or Health Channels.

  • SNS shall be available to AOL Members (i) when AOL Members accesses My Health through the AOL Properties, and (ii) when AOL Members accesses the Personal Health Tools through the WebMD Site.

  • Collectively, each version of the WebMD Site that is customized for distribution through the AOL Properties in accordance with this Agreement.

  • To the extent that other password login procedures (e.g., secondary password requirements) apply to AOL Members attempting to access the Personal Health Tools through the WebMD Site, WebMD will use commercially reasonable efforts to integrate such password login procedures with SNS.

  • The Parties agree that nothing this Agreement grants AOL any right in the proprietary WebMD elements of graphics, design, organization, presentation, layout, user interface, navigation and stylistic convention (including digital implementations thereof) which are used on the WebMD Site, even if such elements are used on the Health Channels, My Health or the Customized Site.

  • In addition WebMD agrees that it shall not establish or create a channel on the WebMD Site that is duplicative of either of the Channels.

  • MEDIBUY shall deploy advertising for the WebMD Site and the New Commerce Site to its customers during the Term.

  • WebMD maintains a site on the Internet located at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (the -------------------- "WebMD Site") that allows users to search for and access content on the Internet.

  • Microsoft will use reasonable efforts to encourage its major ISV alliance partners to develop key distributed applications based on Microsoft technologies that would operate in conjunction with the functionality and content of the WebMD Site, including the development of distributed applications that would reside within the employer domain and that would provide enhanced positioning to WebMD as an intranet-based offering.
